Processing times

The specified shipping conditions depend on the availability of the respective product and refer exclusively to hair cosmetics.

Hair extensions are handmade to order and undergo strict quality management. The production time depends on the quantity ordered. Production in our manufactory and delivery time are between 2-4 weeks from order. 

We need 1 day to process and prepare your order, depending on the number of products, and dispatch within Germany within 1-3 working days.

If you order by 12:00, we will ship the same day.

Shipping within the EU takes 5-7 working days.

Outside the EU, we need 10 working days for guaranteed delivery.

Shipping is carried out by DHL and is insured. 

Where can I find my consignment number?

When your item has been dispatched, you will automatically receive an e-mail with your consignment number.

If you have not received one or the tracking number is not working properly, please contact us and we will take care of it.
